We are pleased to announce the purchase of the locally-iconic office building at 272 E 8th Street, formerly home to the Michigan West Coast Chamber of Commerce.
Located in the heart of downtown Holland, the building has long served as a hub for business and community engagement. Starting August 1, we will begin transforming the space to meet our staff and client needs, with plans to move in later this summer/early fall.
“We are honored to carry on the legacy of this landmark building,” said Jeff Buckman, founding partner. “As a firm deeply rooted in the Holland community, we are thrilled to invest in a space that reflects our commitment to provide excellent legal services to those we serve.”
We are currently located in the Riverview Building (44 E 8th St, Suite 300, Holland), where we will continue to serve our exceptional clients with excellence until the transition to the new space is complete. Our partners: Jeff Buckman, Anne Tuinstra, and Tyler Brown, along with the staff, want to extend gratitude to the teams at Lakeshore Commercial Real Estate and West Michigan Community Bank for their professionalism and guidance in facilitating the transaction. We are also grateful to the Chamber for their stewardship of 272 E 8th and wish them great success in their new home.
This new chapter represents more than just a change in address. It’s a continued investment in the people, businesses, and future of West Michigan.
